Description
MinI Ball Mat 1 is a progressive approach to traditional Pilates mat training that offers modification on all of the movements. The exercises will improve flexibility and core strength for a better quality of life. We suggest performing the program at least three times a week to see results.
Mini Ball 2 offers more advanced exercises tht compliment those in Mat 1 using small stability ball. This program includes more upper body strengthening exercises for total body conditioning. For optimal results this routine should be performed three times a week. Remember if something does not feel right do not perform the exercise.
